Questions and Estimates
We use the services of a third-party billing company, Coronis Health. For patients to obtain information, including bill estimates, as it regards to anesthesia or pain management billing for an upcoming procedure, please note the following:

For questions related to PAIN MANAGEMENT please call: 832-975-0560
For estimates, patients must have:
- Insurance Carrier Name.
- Facility Name.
- CPT Code (description of procedure name will not suffice).
- Length of procedure (estimate or range is ok).
